Usually the shipping takes 1~3 weeks to most of
the countries. However sometimes international
delivery process will get affected by various

postal service and packages over 1kg will be

About Order cancellation
You can safely cancel the order in 1 hour from the time when you ordered. However some items cannot be cancelled later than that.
About return/exchange
If the product you got is broken or missing, please tell us in 14 days after you received the package. We will make a return/exchange procedure. However because grocery products' packaging can change from time to time, we do not accept a return request for packaging difference.

About melted chocolates in transit

About refrigiration-required products
Because an international delivery can take 1~3 weeks, the product will not be refrigerated during the transit. Sometimes we put ice packs in the package but the ice packs will not keep its original temperature until the final delivery. Refrigeration-required probiotics may not be able to maintain the maximum potency but it will not do any harm to your body. Please order refrigiration-required products at your own discretion.
